Chicken Noodle Bowl - Cooking With Phez

Join Phez and Kai as she takes us on a culinary journey while she prepares her famous Chicken Noodle Bowl.

Ingredients:
-Chopped Celery
-Chopped Sweet Onion
-Chopped Carrots
-Sliced Mushrooms
-Spinach (frozen)
-Mixed Frozen Vegetables

-Sesame Oil
-Fish Oil
-Minced Ginger
-Diced Garlic
-Salt to taste

-Chicken Stock
-Pulled Chicken
-Steamed (Soft) Egg (6, 1/2 minutes)
-Udon Noodles

Fry veggies in olive oil, once slightly cooked, add sauces, and chicken stock.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes while the egg is steaming. Add chicken then noodles, and simmer 2 more minutes.
Add sliced steamed egg right before serving.
