Different Time, Different People

It has been established throughout history that every 138 years, there is a Phoenix catastrophe (worse every fourth time, with a major event coming in May 2040). The condition of many countries in the 1800s, including how much people changed in style, elegance, sophistication from the 1700s and into the 1800s, provides ample evidence. We were reset and had to start over. And the massive size and grandiose architecture, that we are unable to replicate today, tells us that the people were different, as were the times.
