Today's routine is a full body fat-burning HITT workout that you can do anywhere, at at any time.

With supersets, the goal is to burn as much energy as possible in a short period of time while maintaining exercise performance as much as possible.

We always recommend to warm up before exercising and remind people to perform the exercises at their level.

This is a perfect routine if you are looking to maximize burning calories to lose weight.

We recommend doing 2 full rounds of this. After the video ends, take a 2 minute break and get after it again!
