"Carbon capture is unlikely to be more than 10% of the solution and even to get to that level we'd have to get well below $100 a ton...that's kind of the brute force solution that you want to save for the most hard to abate sectors. For most things you want to redesign the process, so you're never emitting. Because anytime you say let's use carbon capture of course you have a green premium, because you're doing it the old way and you're adding on top of it the non zero cost of that carbon capture.
