Kamala Harris vows to cut need for degrees for some federal jobs

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris said on Friday (September 13) she will cut college degree requirements for certain federal jobs if elected president, as the Democratic presidential candidate and her Republican rival Donald Trump make economic pledges to woo voters in their tight race for the Nov. 5 presidential election.
