The video emphasizes the importance of mentorship and practical experience over traditional education.
But, like, I was listening to a podcast, and there was this guy, and he was talking about, like, if you get a job and it requires a degree, like, that's not always the case. But because, like, if you say that you will spend 4 years in this company with and be the like and be the like Have the arms or earn the least amount of money there, you can be the least, I guess, financially demanding employee there. And if you say that you'll spend 4 years there and you will learn everything that you can about the company, that will do so much more for you than getting your degree from some outdated textbook that you don't always need to learn from. Because if you really spend time learning about that industry, it teaches you more in that specific like niche almost than college would. Well, you're absolutely right. I mean, here's the thing is college is there for a reason. You know, I, I want my doctors to go to college. I want them to know everything there is about anatomy, but I also want them to know how to cut on it on, on, a person and know how to do those things, because that takes experience. That's why, honestly, being a doctor, it's called practicing medicine, because they they learn all the book stuff, but then they have to physically do it.
