please help restore this old house.

Hello. I'm Brent, and this is my fiancé Nicole. We got engaged Christmas of 2023. At the moment we are living with my brother in his guest house. We have found a house of our own but because there is no kitchen I can't finance it.

The house was built in 1906, it's a 5 bedroom 3 bath... well it's supposed to be. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are just stud walls. We fell in love with the house and the fun neighborhood. The school is in walking distance for our daughter.

Sense there's issues with getting a loan. I figured I'd make a donation page and crowd source this project. I'd keep you all upto date on the house and future project like a 1941 dodge.
