From Sales to Success: My Self-Education Journey!

I was at a sales meeting years ago where I worked for a bicycle company out of New Jersey and they're an amazing bicycle company. They sold bikes to everybody and I took on the niche of selling bicycles to the hardware industry. did pretty well and you know very successful I would I call myself successful in that one and I was at a sales meeting with those guys and I had a there was a got one the guy that he ended up being my new boss years a couple years later but we're at the sales meeting and worked everybody's sitting in that meeting they're talking about where they went to school and so I I'm slightly embarrassed a little bit by it, but I'm comfortable with it myself now that it's been many years. I don't care whatever. I want my kids to get a good education, and I think it's important to get an education. I don't necessarily mean they have to go to college. It just means that whatever they're going to go into, they need to get as much education as they can to achieve the goals that they need to achieve in life. So that's that. so we're at the sales meeting and where you get this dinner and everybody's going around everybody's like hey where'd you go to school and it's going around the entire table and there were some people that worked for this company that worked for the company 11 person got lived at work if i remember right he went to school at harvard people were going on naming all these different schools and what their degrees are in i let it skip over me purposely um because I didn't want to talk about it. And went all the way around, and then when this guy noticed, he's like, hey, Devin, you didn't get back to him because he started it all.
