☆ TECHNIQUES IN THIS VIDEO (Rocket League)

 From Zen (Buddhism): Mu.
In combat, you should not rely on conscious thought. Be in a state of readiness, where you can move without being hindered by thoughts or emotions (ego). Act instinctively.

 From Taoism: Wu Wei.
Use the environment and circumstances to your advantage, moving naturally and without force. Do not try to force your way into an attack. Instead, use whatever is at your disposal and turn it into a weapon. Let the flow of the game guide you, rather than planning your attack rigidly.

 From Ninjutsu:
Redirect the opponent’s force against themselves. Let them make mistakes and, if possible, turn on each other. Focus on survival and avoiding conflict whenever you can. When an attack is necessary, strike quickly, giving your opponent no time to react. Always take them by surprise.

 From Mushin Ryū:

Mushin (無心):
“Mushin” is a concept in Zen Buddhism and Japanese martial arts that means “no mind” or “mind without mind.” It describes a state of mental clarity, calmness, and flow, where the mind is free from distractions, preconceptions, and emotions. In this state, one can act instinctively, without the interference of conscious thought or attachment to outcomes.

Ryū (流):
This means “style,” “school,” or “tradition.”

Together, Mushin Ryū (無心流) can be translated as “School of No Mind” or “Style of No Mind.” It refers to a martial arts school or philosophy that emphasizes the principle of mushin — a state where actions flow naturally, without deliberate thought, allowing for pure energy and instinctive movement.

 From Psychology: Rose van Lery:
Use “mirror positions” to keep your team strong. Fill in the empty spaces (in terms of energy and positioning) to maintain the flow. For example, give a compliment to boost morale (ego), defend more when needed to create a solid foundation, and sometimes push forward when teammates make mistakes, offering support and motivation. Afterward, return to your strong point, which in this example is defending. Learn to “read” the energy on the field to understand the optimal position and action in any given moment.

Enjoy! 🥷
