HOW IT ALL STARTED - THE BEGINNING || Gen 7:11-18
* Gen 7:11-12 The detail is remarkable; but then, so was the day! fountains of the great deep … windows of heaven: The waters of the ocean were raised, and the waters of the heavens fell, both converging in a super-outpouring of rain for the forty days. Only Noah and his house, which are “a few, that is, eight persons”, entered the ark (1Pe_3:20), no one else. God created the heaven and the earth and He can use any of its element for his own glory.

HOW IT ALL STARTED - THE BEGINNING . || Gen 7:11-18
* Gen 7:12-16 It was the LORD, who closed the door behind him. Everyone who was outside at that moment were lost beyond redemption (cf. Mat_25:10-13). The devastating judgments of the future will not come until God has provided for the safety of His people (Rev_7:3; Gen_19:22). When the devout men are taken away, the judgments will not be far away, for they are taken away before evil (Isa_57:1). This also applies to the church which will be raptured before the great tribulation comes upon all the earth (Rev_3:10). We have seen this in the picture of Enoch, who was taken away before the judgment of the flood (Gen_5:24).

* Gen 7:17-18 For forty days the water rose – and the ark and its contents rose with it – until the highest mountains were covered by the water. It takes no imagination to imagine the terrible scenes that must have taken place in those days. When it began the people may have been surprised by the heavy rainfall, but perhaps made an explanation for why it was raining. When it kept raining, there will be some who started to go to the ark. They would have banged on the door and begged to enter, but it was too late. So will it be at the end of the world. See Matt 24:37-39 Mat 24:37-39 TPT For it will be exactly like it was in the days of Noah when the Son of Man appears. 38 Before the flood, people lived their lives eating, drinking, marrying, and having children. 39 They didn’t realize the end was near until Noah entered the ark, and then suddenly, the flood came and took them all away in judgment. It will happen the same way when the Son of Man appears. May you live ready in Jesus' name

Father, help me live prepared and ready for the return of Jesus Matt 24:37-39
37 For it will be exactly like it was in the days of Noah when the Son of Man appears.
38 Before the flood, people lived their lives eating, drinking, marrying, and having children.
39 They didn’t realize the end was near until Noah entered the ark, and then suddenly, the flood came and took them all away in judgment. It will happen the same way when the Son of Man appears.
