The in game mods I use are:
Unfoundry - necessary framework for other mods
Bus Drag- Allows the player to create multiple side by side conveyor belts simultaneously.
Bulk Demolish Terrain - Allows the player to remove anything normally removable, but in bulk. (Shift + F) This also allows the player to destroy the items instead of putting them in the inventory.
Duplicationer - Allows the player to Copy and paste entire sets of machinery and parts. Also allows the player to create and use blueprints.
Ignium Liquefaction - Allows the player to turn ignium into olumite
Research Queue - Allows for automatic research.
Daisy Chain Ultra - Allows the player to connect power directly from machine to machine without the use of power poles.
Faster Freight Elevators - greatly improves the speed of all freight elevators.
