Seated Hip Opening Yoga - 28 Minute Class

In Seated Hip-Opening Yoga, we focus on releasing tension in the hips while remaining seated on the ground throughout the class.

This is a great class if your switching from my Chair Yoga classes to the Gentle Mat classes or if you just need a quick way to release and open your hips.
