Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that NATO would be “at war” with Russia if the West allows Ukraine to use longer-range weapons to strike Russian targets.

Putin emphasized that such a move would signify direct NATO involvement in the conflict, prompting Russia to take “appropriate decisions” in response.

Meanwhile, UK Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer is set to discuss Ukraine’s request to use long-range Storm Shadow missiles with US President Joe Biden.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy argued that Putin has already escalated the war by seeking missiles from Iran.

Blinken stated that while escalation is a concern, it is not the sole factor in decisions about supplying Ukraine with advanced weaponry, the Express has reported.
