Yup...here we go again people...without warning,Shady Project Red decided to just drop a cute little bomb on us in the form of an update patch,that as usual,completely bricks most mods...in my case I was able to atleast use the Real VR Mod...anyways,here's a quick tutorial on how to prevent updates,which usually works but in my case,I may have forgotten to adjust a few settings,as you'll see in this guide...It's too hard to explain,just check it out for yourselves.Best of luck.

How to remove Mod Settings from preventing your modded
game from starting(last resort method if your game won't start:

1. Navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\red4ext\plugins
(If you’re not playing on Steam,find the install folder.)

2. Delete the "Mod Settings" folder.
