CHD - Minnesota discussing drastic change to child care and parental rights in Minnesota.
Minnesota is home to families who value choice when it comes to medical freedom. Unfortunately for families that utlize child care, that choice will be impacted beginning August 1st.

During the 2024 Legislative Session Minnesota included language in an omnibus bill that allows child care providers licensed under both MN Rule 9502 (Family Settings) and 9503 (Child Care Settings) to adopt an immunization policy. This new language removes the previously held rights of families to delay or decline immunizations. Join us in our upcoming webinar to learn more about this change and the options you have if your family impacted.
