Rep. Matt Gaetz - Congress should not take one up or down vote to fund the entire United States government. That is the reason we are nearly $38 trillion in debt. We have to break the fever dream of governing by omnibus spending bills and continuing resolutions. We have to get to single-subject spending bills so these agencies have to defend their budget and its programmatic review.
