We Must Stop Governing by Omnibus Bills and Continuing Resolutions!

Congress should not take one up or down vote to fund the entire United States government. That is the reason we are nearly $38 trillion in debt.

We have to break the fever dream of governing by omnibus spending bills and continuing resolutions. We have to get to single-subject spending bills so these agencies have to defend their budget and its programmatic review.
