Dirt cookies in Haiti? Even when you see it turns out to be hard to believe!

This is incredibly sad: what should be done about this?
Haiti is 65% farmable land. Couldn't some of the billions that go to Hamas in Gaza be sent instead to Haiti to bring farm machinery and instructors to these people?
