SOCRATIC SERMON / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I had attended a conservative Presbyterian Church a couple times. This Church would hold a time of discussion after the service to talk about the sermon for whoever wanted to join. The pastor would allow for questions about the message, and everyone was able to express their thoughts as well. I have been to several Churches over the course of my life, and this is the only time I have ever seen anything like this. Is it Biblical? And if so, why aren’t more Churches doing this? Seems like everyone is always in such a hurry to go home or out to eat after the service.
