What do I do with the Twitch Music Stuff?

Twitch has begun enforcing Music Copyright more clearly again, with streams getting muted after the fact. This is not because I don't have the proper licenses, but because the system has issues. So what do I do about the music? Also, why would I even care about the Livestream VoDs?
