Full Bodycam Footage: Rapper GloRilla’s Shocking DUI Arrest

Rapper GloRilla has been arrested and charged with DUI, possession of an open container in a vehicle, and failure to obey a traffic signal. The “Tomorrow 2” rapper was stopped by police in Suwanee, Georgia, on the morning of April 16 after allegedly making an illegal U-turn at a red light, according to an incident report obtained by PEOPLE.

The 24-year-old artist, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was pulled over by an officer who noted that her eyes appeared watery and bloodshot and detected the smell of marijuana in her car and alcohol on her breath.

GloRilla admitted to drinking earlier but refused to tell the officer how much and insisted she was fit to drive. The officer observed that her speech was occasionally incoherent, and she struggled to complete her thoughts. After field sobriety tests, GloRilla refused a portable breathalyzer and was arrested for DUI.

During a search of her vehicle, police found marijuana and an open alcohol bottle. GloRilla was taken to the Gwinnett County Detention Center, where she was charged and held from 6:12 a.m. to 9:41 a.m. She was released after posting a $1,956 bond.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, GloRilla rose to fame with her 2022 single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” and has since had major hits like “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B and “Yeah Glo!”
