The whispering woods of terror

Six young girls from the village of Akwa ventured into the forbidden forest to fetch firewood, ignoring warnings from the villagers about the forest's dark reputation. Five of the girls were captured by evil spirits, never to be seen again, while the sixth, Nkem, managed to escape and tell the horrific tale of their encounter. The villagers, believing Nkem's story, performed a ritual to cleanse her of the forest's dark energy, and from that day on, avoided the forest, fearing the evil spirits that lurked within.
