Isa 32:6 For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart inclines toward wickedness, To practice ungodliness and to speak error against the LORD, To keep the hungry person unsatisfied And to withhold drink from the thirsty.

"For a fool speaks nonsense (disgrace)..." Yeshua attributed this to the Pharisees.

(Matt. 12:34-37).

"In his heart he will work iniquity.." Yeshua said this is what is in the heart of the Pharisees.

(Matt. 15:13-20).

"To keep the hungry person unsatisfied and to withhold drink from the thirsty..." Once again, Yeshua attributes this to the Pharisees and their false teaching.

(Matt. 23:13-23).

Isa 32:7 As for a rogue, his weapons are evil; He devises wicked schemes To destroy the afflicted with slander, Even though the needy one speaks what is right.

This is speaking in the present tense. The weapon of the schemer is evil. The afflicted are slandered, even though what he says is right. Once again, this is also looking forward to the Pharisees, for one.

(Matt. 26:14-16, 59-60).
