We are formally reporting fraudulent trading, racketeering and extortion by the SEC registered

the fraudulent conversion of a certificate of live birth into a birth certificate, government issued

As all agents of the corporations of CANADA/ONTARIO have been captured and compromised
it is incumbent upon the SEC to investigate and act on the securities fraud and illegal trading
reported here.
In our case, beginning with the man, Leonard Ricchetti, acting as “regional senior justice” for the
corporation of PEEL, ONTARIO, was informed of the fraudulent trading and given substantial
evidence to the fact and chose to continue the malicious, vexatious and unlawful threat, intimidation,
extortion and fraud on the trusts of YAYOI TAKEMOTO© and DANIEL WARREN OKE©. This
attack is ongoing and has continued into physical violence against the living man/beneficiary of the

trust, Daniel Warren Oke©, and the living women/beneficiary of the trust, Yayoi Takemoto©, as well as
ongoing copyright infringement, fundamental human rights violations/treaty law violations, UCC law
violations, SEC law violations and the weaponization of the local law enforcement to protect the
criminal agents. These attacks continue to be carried out through the willful negligence/wanton
disregard for the evidence by the man acting as “crown prosecutor”, Mark Dean, and the man acting as
lead detective for the PEEL REGIONAL POLICE, Carlos Navarro. Both of these men have been given
the evidence of the crimes, including but not limited to the companies used to trade upon the bonds of
the court cases (enclosed in the google drive), SEC law violations, UCC law violations and treaty law
violations.
The man, Leonard Ricchetti, has not rebutted the status of Yayoi Takemoto© or Daniel Warren Oke©
and has been given dozens of opportunities to do so through registered mail and in person. Our status

the “PEEL REGIONAL POLICE” need to be immediately investigated for their ongoing crimes of

estate as remedy for the ongoing vexatious and malicious attack and damages we have suffered but we
have also brought this matter to the attention of the North American Military Alliance as there are
numerous war crimes being committed and we are currently under a Military Occupancy – Continuity
of Operations Plan.
As the international covenants and treaties apply in CANADA and ONTARIO every man and woman
has the inherent right to self-determination. We do and must have the option to choose to not
participate with the corporations acting as de facto governments/judiciaries. Especially when said
governments/corporations/agents/assigns have caused massive harm/loss of life through their ongoing
