2001-09-11 RAW FEED of recovery work - this feed was 24/7 no sound

I came home from work and immediately started VCR TAPE recording news feeds off my 10 foot C and Ku Band Satellite Dish. The "static" is the dish moving into the channel reception. The "tracking" is from recording it off of video tape. Unedited
