Colorado slumlord agrees to surrender property overrun by Venezuelan illegal alien gangs

AURORA, Colorado

A slumlord is agreeing to give up a blighted apartment building in a Colorado community that had become the
headquarters of a Venezuelan illegal alien criminal gang.

Zev Baumgarten will sell or lease the property,
or make a similar disposition, according to court records obtained by the Denver Gazette.
Baumgarten was mired in a civil lawsuit filed by Aurora officials,
charging him with dozens of code violations related to the condition of the apartment property
at 1568 Nome Street in the city.
