Donnelly jokes that project cost "6 times more" than expected

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly was told a project would be "great value for money" and would cost "no more than €3m," which he found "suspiciously low."

He joked that the project ultimately cost €18.4m: "It was a very expensive thing to do...I needed 6 times more money."
