Amazon Confirms THE RINGS OF POWER Season 2 WORSE Than Season 1

Since the release of the Amazon Prime Lord of the Rings series, The Rings of Power, many outside sources have been commenting on the success, or lack thereof, for the Prime Video series.

Now Amazon is finally releasing some numbers and they don’t look good. According to Amazon they have already gotten 40 million views for the 2nd season of The Rings of Power. While this may sound good at a glance, when examining those numbers, one could see Amazon is using the viewership for the first 4 episodes of the new season. When taking into consideration the first episode of season 1 received 25 million views according to Amazon, it shows this new season is in fact trailing the previous one.
