Can You Buy Goldbacks with an ATM?

Shopping in Las Vegas and looking to exchange some dollars for foldbacks. There are plenty of goldatm.com machines around town, but all the ones I seemed to try were broken down. Third times a charm. I was able to swap out my dollars and here is what I found.
