We're starting with Glute Hammie Hyperextensions to target those glutes and hamstrings. Then, we're moving on to Barbell Hip Thrusts to build strength and size in those glutes. Next, we're targeting those hamstrings with Barbell RDLs. Finally, we're finishing off with Seated Curls to build strength and size in those biceps.
