How to: Clean a Dove for Meat (part 1)

this will be a small series of cleaning and preparing the dove meat to eat in a dish

first we need to hunt some doves!

Then we shall clean them properly
ones harvested, soak in salt water.

part 2 will be on soaking in salt water, marinating them (possibly in Italian dressing)
and then to add to a dish!
