Installing Pinokio - "It's Steam for AI Applications" - Plus FaceFusion Install

In case you haven't used or heard of Pinokio, it's as the title states, Steam for AI applications. With Pinokio, you can browse through and discover a ton of open source AI applications and install them locally and run them all within the Pinokio installation. No difficult command line interface to deal with.
