I think it's 2035 they have a mandate that all new vehicles have to be electric, which is hilarious when you're connected to a grid that can't support the electric cars it currently has. After they said that within a month or two Gavin Newsom asked people to not charge their Teslas because it was summer and the grid was fucked."
