I couldn't verify her claim that the audio isn't there, as RSBN cuts the audio at that point in every video (times below). It could be some kind of govt redaction afterward but it appears in every version of the stream, so most likely the livestream cut out and Broussard's words were added. Then, Look at the RSBN logo in the Cullen clip, that looks like the thumbnail logo, there's no timestamp and other info like the actual footage has next to it:
