Continuing our trading floor series with Collin Palmer. He immigrated to the United States with his family from Jamaica. On his last day of high school, a substitute gym teacher would make a statement that would change Collin's life forever.

Collin started his trading floor career at the very bottom as a runner. He would work nearly every position on the floor always with his eye on eventually becoming a trader.

Through his career, he had many challenges including racism. He gives a refreshing account of how he dealt with all of his hurdles.

Collin became a successful trader by implementing extreme discipline. What makes being a successful trader so difficult is managing greed, fear and ego. Collin became a master of himself.
