How many of you know what true due process is?
The LEGAL ENTITY has no rights.
The Living Man has rights.

When you answer for the LEGAL ENTITY, you waive your rights as a living man.

You're all on here screaming about something you've never for a minute in your life ever studied.

Did you EVER hear on a TV show, about administrate Article one courts, vs Constitutional Article Three courts?

No.
You didn't.

You simply accept when so called "law enforcement" or "police officers" (not the same thing) order you, issue you papers, arrest you, etc, that the process you are in, is LAWFUL.

It's not even LEGAL.

They break their own statutes all the time, but because we're at the point of such colossal ignorance of the law, they simply get away with it.

There's many intricacies involved.

If an officer did not witness the alleged crime, he cannot arrest you without a warrant but it happens all the time.

It just happened to a friend of mine.
The case is classified as "uncaused" right now, while the prosecutor decides if she has evidence to move forward.

What she doesn't have, is a signed affidavit by a victim.
The arresting Sheriff became the "prosecutor" who signed and affidavit that the story he was told was true, even though he didn't witness it.

The prosecutor is now the solicitor, who has the power to charge or not.

In the meantime, he was arrested in his home, in front of the neighbors and his children, upset his wife, paid $1270 bail, and nothing is happening.

It's all an offer to contract and only if you decline the contract and know your rights, you will not know how to say no to this and keep it out of your life.

They're desperate for money since the CV and they'll find ways to make it up.
