1 Kings 2:1-12 - King David Sleeps with His Fathers

David dies. But before he does, he has some last words for Solomon:

-He tells Solomon to be a man
-He reminds Solomon to always follow YHWH and all of His laws
-How God was faithful to the kings even though the kings weren't faithful
to Him
-David tells Solomon to enact punishments on Joab and Shimei
-David "sleeps" with his fathers
