There is not only the US election in November.
There is also the BRICS Executive Meeting in Kazan, Russia in October.
Speaking of Iraq there are some that believe Iraq war was started because Saddam Hussein (Iraq) was dropping the Petro dollar , starting to sell oil in other currencies and was encouraging other Oil States to do likewise.
Most don't understand the rammagication of the rise of BRICS and it's affect on the West's economies. Turkey , a NATO member will be attending.
Also, has anyone reported on the very successful China/African Nations Summit last week.
