[IKEMEN GO] Samurai Shodown III - Select Screen

Work not in progress, just messing around with IKEMEN GO features, in this case custom cursor per cell/slot. A screenpack really not compilation friendly. WinMUGEN and MUGEN 1.0 could do it too, but it would be more laborious using a workaround with the cursors, 1.1 kinda can do too but its cursor is natively broken.
I made a video without the p2 cursor because I got lazy to edit all the 12 cursors.
