Jedd Johnson, the founder of The Grip Authority, has an impressive background that spans both athletics and strength training. A former baseball player turned strongman, Jedd is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who co-founded Diesel Crew in 1999. His passion for grip strength began in 2003 and has only grown since, making him a leading figure in the grip strength community.

Jedd’s list of accomplishments in grip sport is extensive. He has been a multiple-time invitee to the prestigious Mighty Mitts competition and claimed 1st place overall at the North American Grip Sport Championship (NAGSC) in 2015.
