✅ Stir Fry Pork with Glass Noodles😋
In this video, I want to make stir-fried pork
A delicious Thai meal full of flavor and yet not too spicy. This is a light meal yet filling with healthy ingredients
INGREDIENTS
250 gram pork shoulder meat
1 pkt glass noodles
1/2 cabbage
6 spring onion
6 cloves of garlic
6 fresh red chili
3 eggs
1 tbsp raw sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
Sir fry garlic chili and pork for 5 minutes,
Add carrots, cabbage, and water and cook another 5 minutes,
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar stir in well, and cook another 5 min,
Add glass noodles and beaten eggs cook another 5 minutes
Add spring onion, and stir in. Ready to serve.
Though 6 fresh chili was used when sliced, it is not too spicy. If the chili is cut across fine then it will be much spicier. Chili is optional.
