Servicemen of the BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) calculation of the Center group of troops (GRV "Center") struck the area of concentration of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Avdiivka direction of the zone of special military operation (SVO).

Having received data from the UAV calculation on the identified location of a large number of personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the BM-21 Grad calculation promptly arrived in the area of combat use. The servicemen deployed the combat vehicle from a marching position to a combat position, aimed the installation at the target and fired 122-mm rockets at the enemy cluster at a distance of more than 15 km.

Target damage control was carried out by military personnel of the reconnaissance unit using UAVs. After completing the task, the crew promptly left the firing position, securing the combat vehicle from a possible attack by FPV drones or enemy artillery.

A feature of combat work for military personnel in this area is the need for constant control of airspace due to the high intensity of enemy use of reconnaissance and attack FPV drones. The calculation of counteraction to enemy drones, which are armed with anti-drone and smoothbore rifles, continuously conduct visual monitoring of the air situation and are ready at any second to repel attacks by enemy drones.

The application of massive artillery strikes by the Grad MLRS calculations on enemy concentration areas makes it possible to support the assault actions of the Center ground forces units.
