On September 3rd, 2024 Richard and Becky Nutt, along with Aaron Rye, Royal Brown III and Bobby Dees presented a 4 part Resolution with Conclusion on Election Integrity/Security in Polk County which was approved by the BOCC in a 3 - 2 vote. In theory, the U.S. Constitution guarantees our freedoms and sovereignty. Our American way of life, upheld by loyal representatives, is safeguarded through free, fair, and accurate elections.

According to official state data from the 2022 general election, it appears Florida had over 560,000 likely ineligible voter registrations, with 117,000 votes impacted by such violations, and 145,000 votes without voters. Expanding this analysis to 20 states, that official data apparently shows over 29 million likely ineligible voter registrations, 10 million votes from those registrants, and over 2 million votes without voters.

These alarming findings on the 2022 elections mirror the same subversive mechanisms that affected the outcome of 2020. With Trump once again on the ballot, and the establishment unequivocally against him, the 2024 election faces similar threats to its integrity.

Despite the collective indignation and advocacy from countless citizens and groups, are there mechanisms in place to challenge the next wave of election subversion? The Supreme Court was disappointingly absent when presented with the legal challenges of 2020. Will they rise to meet the moment when it presents itself after the November general elections?

One of the most robust newer initiatives is the United Sovereign Americans (USA) legal strategy. Rather than contesting the 2020 results, they argue election misconduct and civil rights violations in the 2022 election based on official state data. In 20 states analyzed by USA’s expert and highly experienced data analysts, official data shows an average error rate of 13 percent. This significantly surpasses federal and state official margins of victory and far exceeds the federally mandated maximum error rate of 1 in 125,000 ballots.

USA’s Federal complaints have been filed in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, and Colorado, with Georgia soon to be next. When two lawsuits address the same violation with opposite rulings, the Supreme Court must resolve the conflict. At present, all needed is one favorable ruling. Here is Florida’s lawsuit:

Using 150 years of legal precedent, the U.S. Constitution, and established federal law, USA has filed broad legal challenges to election misconduct, and they are prepared to hold officials personally responsible under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 for failing to uphold the law. This multi-layered strategy increases the pressure on election and law enforcement officials and offers a chance to restore our Constitutional Republic.

The national litigation strategy is spearheaded by Bruce L. Castor Jr., former Acting Attorney General of Pennsylvania and Trump's 2nd impeachment trial counsel; Harry Haury, a cybersecurity and elections expert; and Marly Hornik, a staunch advocate for election integrity and founder of New York Citizens’ Audit. With hundreds of dedicated volunteers, they aim to save our nation.

Their findings, subjected to peer review, meet law enforcement standards and represent countless hours of research by big data and auditing experts passionate about saving America. With multiple lawsuits awaiting hearings, USA requires funding for the next phase. Their strategy aims to fix elections in all states, not just those in which they filed and they are also in a position to issue injunctions against legally invalid elections.

As USA's litigation strategy moves forward, its approach holds the key to requiring accountability from local officials. This is very do-able. Personally speaking, I did a 15 minute presentation and six people were ready to sign up and volunteer. Unless we defeat the progressive, cultural marxist, and woke ideologies of Harris/Waltz/Obama (or whomever the globalist, neocon, or WEFers present as their front), our constitutional freedoms and sovereignty will be further chipped away or relegated to history books.
