JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI THUGS REPAY GOOD SAMARITAN WHO CLEANS ROADS & INTERSTATE BY STEALING HIS CAR

Locke Ward has spent the better part of the last year organizing a large crew of volunteers and raising money to clean-up and pressure wash the interstates, exits, sidewalks, roads and streets all throughout Jackson, Mississippi. To the best of my knowledge the city of Jackson has never publicly recognized him or his efforts. You may ask yourself how could they possibly recognize his efforts? They allowed one of the POS little THUGS in the city without a soul to steal his car right out of his driveway in Jackson. As of my recording this video they car has not been recovered and nobody has been arrested (paint me shocked)!! I call out the city and all of the Jackson apologist and made a suggestion for them to make him whole.
