Love Covers A Multitude of Sins - Sept 8, 2024

1 Peter 4:8 -> love (noun) shall cover (hide, veil, hinder the knowledge of) a multitude of sin

Julia's version = And above all things, stretching out affection, goodwill, benevolence without ceasing; for a friendly, helpful, cooperative attitude and gentle feeling of fondness shall hide and hinder the knowledge of a multitude of sins.

Opposite consequence = Matt 24:12 - And because INIQUITY shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

GREATEST and 2nd commandment - Agapao (verb) God and your neighbour. Putting that affection, goodwill, benevolence, disposition of doing good into ACTION by keeping His commandments!

2 Corinthians 8:14 - but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality.
