Gabriel Scally is the visiting Professor at the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England. Prof Scally is also Associate fellow at the Institute for Public Policy Research which is a Think Tank with connections to the World Economic Forum. 2 of its directors are members of the WEF.

Prof Scally was also previously Director of the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre on Healthy Urban Environments which is attached to the University Of Bristol which is also funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
