PERSIAN SHIRAZI SALAD🥗

RECIPE (3-4 servings, 15min prep time):
-1 cucumber
-4 tomatoes
-a handful fresh mint and parsley
-1 red onion
Finely chop everything
-juice of 1 to 2 lemons
-olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
Mix and refrigerate or enjoy immediately on its own or with bread.
