Everyday chow mein (with linguine)

With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this delicious and satisfying stir-fry noodle dish in no time! I’m using linguine in this recipe as it requires way less oil to stir fry than some of the traditional Chinese chow mein noodles. And it doesn’t stick together if you are thinking of packing it for lunch or simply having leftovers for next day.

Ingredients:

Linguine
Sesame oilGinger
Green onions
Coriander
Coleslaw (pre-washed or chopped fresh)
Cooking oil
Dark soy sauce
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Raw honey
Dashi powder
White pepper
