300g Pork Belly
2 Bay leafs
1 Chorizo(200g)
½ Onion
2 Carrots
1 Tbsp Dark Soy sauce
Salt
300ml Red Wine
300 ml White wine
1 Vegetable stock
Water to cover
Rice:
2 Cup Basmati Rice
½ Onion
1 Tomato
1 Tbsp garlic paste
4.25 Cups Stock
Salt
