부들부들 맛있는 커스터드 푸딩을 만들었어요 ㅎㅎ
냉장고에 쟁여놓고 하나씩 꺼내 먹기 참 좋은 간식이랍니다~
어렵지 않으니 한번 시도해 보세요!!
참고로 저는 레시피의 두배합을 했어요~ ㅎㅎ

*재료 (ingredients) - 푸딩 7병
달걀 egg 100g(2개)
노른자 egg yolk 20g

우유 milk 300g
생크림 fresh cream 100g
설탕 sugar 70g
소금 salt 1g
바닐라액 vanilla extract 1g
설탕 sugar 120g
물 water 20g
추가 물 additional water 20g
Heat the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt together in a pot.
Whisk the eggs and egg yolks, then slowly add the heated mixture while stirring continuously.
Add vanilla extract and strain the mixture through a sieve.
In a separate pan, heat sugar and water until it turns a deep amber color to make caramel syrup.
Once it reaches a deep amber color, turn off the heat and carefully add hot water gradually, stirring constantly.
Pour the caramel syrup and pudding mixture into pudding jars, then place the jars in a large container.
Fill the container halfway with hot water.
Bake in a 160°C oven for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the pudding set for an additional 20 minutes.
